A family that explores together…

…is worth it!

We are a family of four with two crazy/amazing kids ages 6 & 4. We love our kids and we love to travel. In fact… I love to travel WITH my kids. (Yes that statement is possible!) We hear all the time from other parents: “I’d love to travel to [insert new place], but I’ll wait until my kids are older.” Why?!

I wont lie, traveling before kids may have been “easier” but there is something about teaching your kids to explore. To see and respect other cultures. Experience new foods. I love enjoying something new together. I love seeing how they process new information, ask questions, get excited to do something together. If I can convince my husband to take two small kids to Europe and not only enjoy it, but be willing to do it again… anyone can do this.

We both work full time, so planning and spending hours preparing is not feasible. But I am fairly obsessed with making sure that when we get to where we’re going, it’s easy - the less stress and the more you can just enjoy the experience the better! I’ve learned a few tricks over the last few years that I wish someone had shared with me earlier. So we’ve created this space, hoping to encourage more families into adventuring.
